...in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen!

At our celebrations of the Easter Vigil and Easter Day we welcomed to the Body of Christ, Ethan, and Aidan, and Julian, baptizing them in these Names. As you see them in the coming weeks, please take the chance to welcome them personally, and introduce yourself if you haven't met them yet!

Following our Holy Week, I also can't help but say  "Thank you" to everyone who prepared and led our celebrations. To you who cleaned the space, who set the space with beauty and sacred objects and holy texts, who prepared food abundantly, who prepared worship bulletins, who led us with voice and song and instrument, who guided our movements and attended the Table, who showed hospitality, who fielded questions and guided schedules and shared the news, who cleaned up afterwards...thank you!

You created a space of prayer, deepening community, and the knowledge of the presence of God for which I was privileged to hear many people give thanks, which I joyfully pass on to you.

It is said that we are an Easter People. People living in communion with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit by the light of the Resurrection. For the next 7 weeks we embrace that with the whole season of Eastertide. We pray for Christians new and seasoned, that our baptisms be renewed, and we give thanks for every gift that has been offered to the flowering of God's Dream among us.

In the Name of the overflowing Holy Trinity,

Reed
